About Us
Engineering-driven PCB manufacturing. Stable processes. Predictable supply chains. Measurable quality.
LEXINGTON® Europe GmbH was founded in 2012 as a German GmbH and has been active in the PCB industry for over 20 years. Headquartered in Hilden with a team of 8 technical specialists, we combine German engineering expertise with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities in quality-critical industries.
We maintain our own warehouse infrastructure in Germany and an on-site technical presence in China – with our own CAM, QA, and supply chain team. We operate in automotive, sensor technology, ceramic substrates, lighting technology, and RF and 5G applications.
Our Approach
We manage projects with an engineering mindset – identifying critical characteristics early, applying structured processes, and providing technical support from the first prototype through to stable series production.
Goal: Permanently stable series production.
Engineering-Driven Project Management
We take technical responsibility from the outset – delivering reproducible results throughout the entire production lifecycle.
Early Identification of Critical Characteristics
Critical features are identified during the quoting phase and integrated into process planning from day one.
Structured Quotation and Series Processes
Clear workflows from specification to series release – with documented validation and controlled ramp-up.
Technical Support from Prototype to Series
Continuous technical guidance – from initial sampling and series validation through to stable, on-time delivery.
Focus on Reproducible Results
Statistical process monitoring (CP/CpK) with a target of CpK ≥ 1.67 for critical characteristics – equivalent to stable automotive-grade series production.
LEXINGTON® reduces risk and creates stability – for companies that depend on measurable quality and predictable supply chains.
Our commitment to quality and reliability is backed by internationally recognized certifications
